ARS Central Executive Board member Zharmen Der Sarkissian Mirzakhanyan of the western region was one of five women honored by the Ladies Guild of the Western Diocese under the auspices of H.E. Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate, during the 12th Annual Christmas Boutique and Champagne Brunch on November 29, 2023, for service to the Armenian Church and the community at large. ARS Regional Executive Board and chapter members brought their participation to the event.
