Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan has revealed that Armenia has received the 10th package of peace treaty proposals from Azerbaijan.
According to him, the process is dynamic, “sometimes there is progress, sometimes not.”
“We are working hard,” he said Tuesday, June 25.
