Artsakh’s State Minister Ruben Vardanyan has said that the situation amid Azerbaijan’s blockade of the Lachin Corridor is “very difficult”.
Vardanyan, when asked how long the reserves will last, said that Artsakh will “endure” the situation, News.am reports.
“We are somehow solving the issue of medicines. It is not like we are going to die of hunger, but the conditions are very difficult. This situation can continue for a long time. We are preparing for it.”
For 25 days now, the key road has been blocked by Azerbaijanis who claim to be environmentalists. Azerbaijan had also deprived the people of Artsakh of gas supplies.
