Nikol Pashinyan on Friday, January 27 appointed Vahan Kostanyan as Deputy Foreign Minister.
Before his appointment in the post Kostanyan served as an advisor to the Foreign Minister after working as an aide earlier.
He has served as the spokesperson of the ruling Civil Contract party in the past.
