We dedicate all our resources in the Western United States in support of the unwavering voice of struggle emanating from Artsakh, in the service of the opposition in Armenia, so that the process of Armenia’s destruction can be stopped and the anti-national and unpatriotic regime of the Civil Contract government can be removed from power.
The Armenian Revolutionary Federation Western U.S.A. Central Committee is following, with deep concern, the processes by Turkey and Azerbaijan that tighten the noose around Armenia and Artsakh. As a result, Armenia and the Armenian nation today face the gravest of existential threats.
It is obvious to all of us that the “Civil Contract” government of the Republic of Armenia is also complicit in this process. During the 44-day war, this government led our nation and our twin republics to defeat in a treacherous, deliberate and organized way.
In light of this situation, we declare:
1) We will not allow, at any cost, the policies of the Civil Contract government to abandon Artsakh and hand it over to Azerbaijan, which will inevitably lead to the destruction of our two states and a new genocide of the Armenian people.
2) We dedicate all our resources in the Western United States in support of the unwavering voice of struggle emanating from Artsakh, in the service of the opposition in Armenia, so that the process of Armenia’s destruction can be stopped and the anti-national and unpatriotic regime of the Civil Contract government can be removed from power.
3) We call on our people in the Western United States to remain vigilant and ready to contribute to the salvation of the homeland.
4) We call on our ranks to be ready for any possibility and development.
