The Armenian Cultural Foundation (ACF), a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation comprised of 18 member-chapters throughout the Western United States, including California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas has called a Special Meeting to be held on August 13, 2023. The Special Meeting has been called by a majority of the member-chapters as well as a majority of the certified ACF chapter delegates following a recent court ruling which invalidated the November 2022 ACF Board of Directors elections.
The Special Meeting will have a limited agenda and will elect a new Board of Directors based on transparent democratic principles. Notice of the Special Meeting was given to all 18 ACF member-chapters and each of their certified chapter delegates on July 26, 2023. The Special Meeting will unite the organization and reinvigorate its efforts to serve the needs of the Armenian community and Armenian people.
