Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not take part in the meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers in Bishkek, press secretary of the department Ani Badalyan said to the Public Television of Armenia.
According to Badalyan, Yerevan notified the CIS Executive Committee in writing on October 4 that the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs would participate in the event.
Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin had stated in an interview with RBC that he hopes to hold a trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia, the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan on the sidelines of the event in Bishkek.
