Under the auspices of H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate, the Executive Council announces that the “Harut Barsamian Scholarship Fund” Committee will accept applications for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The H. Barsamian Scholarship Fund was established by the late Prof. Harut Barsamian to assist Armenian students studying in any accredited college or university in the United States in science.
Application must include
A. A letter containing the applicant’s brief biography, description of their work in social/community life, mailing and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers. Attached also must be a photo of the applicant.
B. On a separate page, the applicant must indicate a concern regarding the Diaspora, followed by their suggestion on how to rectify it.
C. Proof of acceptance or enrollment at a college or university.
D. Applicant’s student ID from the listed educational institution or university and transcript of grades.
E. A letter of recommendation from a professional.
Completed applications must be turned in to Western Prelacy by June 30, 2024. Applications can be e-mailed or mailed to the following addresses, which will be forwarded to the Scholarship Fund Committee.
