MARTAKERT, ARTSAKH REPUBLIC – The Azerbaijani military has again violated the contact line with Artsakh, this time near the village of Seysulan in the Martuni region, per multiple reports․
“As a result of the negotiations by the Russian peacekeeping troops in Artsakh, the Azerbaijani troops have recently agreed to return to their starting positions,” a statement from the Artsakh press service reads.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said Azerbaijan violated the contact line near Hatsavan (Yarimja).
“The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, in cooperation with representatives of Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh, is taking measures to resolve the incident,” the Russian side said.
