The Press Service of the Artsakh Republic’s Defense Ministry refuted the misinformation spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan claiming that units of the Artsakh Defense Army allegedly opened fire from 09:55 to 12:10 on November 25 in the direction of Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of Askeran and Martuni of the regions of the Republic of Artsakh.
