“Armenia” alliance official representative, attorney Aram Vardevanyan, at a press conference in Yerevan today explained that his legal team has uncovered vast abuse of government resources and fraudulent activities to benefit Nikol Pashinyan. They along with three others have filed appeals to the Constitutional Court to annul the election results.
“Three decisions can be made in the Constitutional Court: 1) to declare the voting results invalid, 2) to declare the results invalid and appoint a second round of elections, 3) to declare the results invalid and establish a new order of distribution of mandates,” said “Armenia” alliance official representative, Aram Vardevanyan.
