At the invitation of the Bureau of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, the party’s 35th World Congress will kick off its activities in Armenia on Wednesday.
The World Congress if the highest assembly of the ARF, in which delegates representing all regions and organizational bodies take part.
The World Congress will discuss and assess the party’s activities during the past three years, including general organizational issues. It will then decide strategic guidelines for future activities and elect the party’s highest executive body, the ARF Bureau.
The key issues to be discussed at the World Congress, among others, will focus on the security of Armenia; internal and external challenges facing the homeland; issues of national importance; the problems facing Armenians both in the homeland and in the Diaspora; and the advancement and protection of the fundamental rights of Artsakh Armenians.
