Dear Compatriots,
We continue to observe, with unprecedented concern, the sad course of failed foreign policy pursued by the current Armenian government, in all spheres. It is an incontrovertible fact that this same policy and its successive catastrophes led to genocidal war, massive concession and loss of land, as well as immeasurable human and material loss for the Armenian people.
And, now, we are witness to this very same regime’s blatantly concessionary policies towards Turkey, wherein the current Armenian regime’s intention, clearly, seems to be the placation and satisfaction of Ankara at all costs.
As such, we announce and reaffirm:
1. It is wholly unacceptable, for the Armenian Revolutionary Federation and the Armenian people, to make any concessions that in any way deviate from our national principle of Turkey’s recognition of and reparations for the Armenian Genocide.
2. This principle is enshrined in the Tsitsernakaberd Declaration, published in January 2015, and expresses the will of our Nation. No government has the right to withdraw from the provisions or spirit of that document.
3. We strongly condemn the current course, approach, and intent of the regime presently ruling the Armenian government, which, under the guise of, purportedly, “unblocking communications and transport links in the region,” while pursuing illusory economic interests, aims to betray our just and true national demands.
4. We, herewith, remind the current Armenian regime that the the Armenian Revolutionary Federation has previously thwarted all attempts at the reprehensible, so-called “Armenian-Turkish Reconciliation,” as well as the now infamous and ignoble “protocols.”
Staying true to the same logic and principles, we are just as determined—and even more so—today, to thwart this current regime’s pro-Turkish and, essentially, anti-Armenian policies.
5. We have remained steadfast, and today stand even more resolute, in our demands for Turkey’s recognition of the Armenian Genocide and corresponding reparations and restitution to our nation.
