ARF Members Commemorate the Birthday of Vahan Hovhannisyan

On August 16, members of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Supreme Council of Armenia commemorated the birthday of Vahan Hovhannisyan, a respected member of the ARF Bureau, who would have turned 68 this year.

To honor his memory, comrades and supporters visited his grave, where they laid flowers, offered prayers, and burned incense. The gathering was a solemn tribute to a man who left a lasting impact on those who knew him.

Vahan Hovhannisyan’s legacy is often summed up by a poignant phrase frequently echoed among his peers: “It’s a pity, Vahan is gone. Vahan would have something to say now.” This sentiment underscores the deep respect and admiration he commanded, as well as the sense of loss felt by his absence.
