Սիրելի Հայրենակիցներ,
Բարի երեկոյ եւ բարի գալուստ ծեր բոլորին, ինչպէս նաեւ բոլոր անոնց որոնք միացած են մեզի այսօր Հայաստանէն ու Արցախէն, Եւրոպայէն մինչեւ Միջին Արեւելք ու Ամերիկա եւ բոլոր այն երկիրները ուր կայ հայութիւն եւ ՀՅԴ կառոյց:
Աւելի գան 132 տարի առաջ, ՀՅԴ-ի հիմնադիրները համախմբեցին երկրի գործող ֆետայական խումբերը, ժողովուրդն ու մտաւորականները, եւ համադրեցին յեղափոխական գործունէութիւնը: Ամբողջական նուիրումով ու զոհողութեամբ գործի լծուեցան դժուար ու դաժան պայմաններու մէջ, շարունակեցին կազմակերպական եւ յեղափոխական գործունէութիւնը, եւ ի գին ամէն ինչի պայքարեցան թշնամու թէմ, ոչ թէ խօսքով՝ այլ գործով, վճռակամ օրէն, կեանքի գնով: Յոյս տուին ժողովուրդին, կեանք տուին Հայութեան, թափ առաւ ազգային ազատագրական պայքարը, նա մանաւանդ երբ Հայութիւնը ոտքի ելաւ՝ ստրուկի մտայնութենէ ձերբազատուելով իր գործօն մասնակցութիւնը բերաւ յեղափոխական եւ պաշտպանողական աշխատանքներուն:
Հ. Յ. Դաշնակցութիւնը եղաւ ու կը շարունակէ մնալ ազգային վեհ նպատակներու շուրջ համախմբող եւ միացնող մղիչ ու գործող ուժը, դիմագրաւելով Հայ ազգի բոլոր դժուարութիւնները՝ առաջ տանելով մեր արդար դատը, 1890-էն մինչեւ այսօր շարունակաբար ծառայելով Հայ ազգին, միայնաբար մեր համակիրներու եւ ուղղէկից միութիւններու հետ, ինչպէս Հայ Օգնութեան Միութիւնը, ՀՄԸՄ-ը, եւ Համազգայինը. գիտակից, ազգային ու անձնուէր գործօն սերունդներ պատրաստելով ՀԵԴ-ի եւ պատանեկան միութեան ճամբով որմէ կը ծնին նոր Նճտէհներ եւ Դրօ-եր, Արամ Մանուկեաններ եւ Արմէն Գարօներ, Թորլաքեաններ եւ Ֆնտուքեաններ, Շահէն Մէղրեաններ եւ Թաթուլ Կրպէհեաններ. եւ Հայ Դատի յանձնախումբերու քաղաքական աշխատանքներու հսկայական անսասան կամաւոր բանակը. եւ բոլորս միասնաբար կը շարունակենք այս պայքարը մինչեւ որ կերտենք իսկապէս ազատ, անկախ եւ միացեալ Հայաստան մը:
Այս է հզօր աշխարհասփիւռ Դաշնակցութիւնը եւ իր ուղեկից միութիւնները, որուն գործունէութեան եւ յաջողութիւններուն մաս կազմած էք, եւ կը շարունակէք մաս կազմել բոլորդ:
Հայ ժողովուրդի եւ Հայրենիքի թշնամիները այս գործօն միասնութիւնէն է որ կը սարսափին, եւ այս է պատճառը որ նախ գան Հայութեան հարուածելը, միշտ փորձած են տկարացնել Դաշնակցութիւնը: Կը գիտակցին որ մեր դատը արդար է, մեր հաւաքական կամքը կը մնայ պինդ ու ամուռ, զոհողութեան պատրաստակամութիւնը անվերջ, ազատութեան ու անկախութեան տենչը մնայուն, մեր Հայ դատի կարմիր գիծերը անշարժ, եւ մեր ացգային նպատակները ամէն բանէ վեր:
Այսօր, մեր բոլորին համար առաջնահերթ հիմնահարց է Արցախը: Ազրպէյճանի-թաթառներու կողմէ բռնագրաւուած Արցախի մեր պատմական հողերու ազատագրումը, եւ Արցախի շրջափակուած մեր 120,000 քոյրերն ու եղբայրներու ազատ արձակումը, ինչպէս նաեւ Հայ գերիները որոնք այսօր դեր կը մնան բանտերու մէջ:
Մենք իրաւունք չունինք տունը նստելու եւ գանգատելու, եւ կամ սպասելու որ ուրիշը կամ օտարը բան մը ընէ: Մենք ենք մեր ապագան կերտողը, եւ ինչպէս անցեալին, դարձեալ այսօր եւ վաղը, մենք հաւաքաբար եւ միասնաբար գործելով է որ կը յաջողինք՝ իւրաքանչիւրս իր ճշդած գործունէութեան դաշտէն ներս աշխատելով՝ բայց, համադրուած եւ ի շահ Հայրենիքին ու Հայութեան:
Վստահ եղէք, երբ միասնաբար գործենք՝ Հայաստան-Արցախ- Սփիւռք, եւ Դաշնակցութիւնն ու Հայ Ժողովուրդը՝ ոչ ոք կը դիմանայ մեր կամքին ու վճռակամութեան. ոչ Թուրքիան, ոչ ազէրի-թաթառները, ոչ մեծ պետութիւնները իրենց փոքր ու ժամանակաւոր հաշիւներով, եւ ոչ ալ իրենց աջակցող Հայաստանի ներկայ իշխանութիւնները:
Ընդհակառակը, մենք ամբողջական Արցախը պիտի վերահաստատենք, որը կ՛ապահովէ ներկայ Հայաստանի սահմանները, եւ նախաքայլն է ամբողջական Հայաստանի կերտումին՝ Արցախէն մինչեւ Արեւմտեան Հայաստան:
Այս է մեր այսօրուայ հրամայականը եւ ապագայի հեռանկարը:
Unity of Purpose based on the national agenda and the priorities of today, keeping in mind the national goals outlined in the ARF Program adopted by our communities and culminating in the eventual establishment of a truly free, independent, and united Armenia.
Over 132 years ago our founding fathers united the revolutionary groups in the homeland, the villagers and the intellectuals. The revolutionary movement’s spark was lit. The work continued and gained momentum. The people believed, actively joined the efforts, and were freed from a subservient mentality, and together with the Party, we started taking our future into our own hands.
The ARF, with and for the people, together, began the long and hard journey of fighting for the interests of Armenia and Armenians; and continues to do so for well over a century in the Homeland, and in the Diaspora and with our sister organizations, our AYF and Juniors, and our ANCA and local chapters everywhere.
Currently, we face existential threats in Armenia and Artsakh, from enemies both foreign and domestic. We’ve been here before; we’ve overcome adversity and devastation in the past together with great sacrifice; and will do so again now and in the future.
Our priority today remains Artsakh. Specifically, to end the current blockade of over 120,000 Armenians held hostage by Aliyev with Erdogan’s support; to liberate the territories occupied by the Azeri-Tatars; and to free the Armenian POWS still illegally held captive.
We realize that the international community remains preoccupied and indifferent, and some have interests aligned with Azerbaijan and Turkey and thus, are complicit in these modern-day crimes against humanity.
It remains up to us and us alone, to present a unified front during this national crisis – Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora together; the ARF and the Armenian people together; where each and every one of us has a role to play and work to do, not independently but in a coordinated and focused effort with an unwavering commitment dedicated to these priorities.
The ARF was and continues to be the unifying movement for our national priorities and goals, not through mere words alone, but by taking action; by mobilizing our ranks together with our communities in a unified front with precision-like focus to do the work necessary to serve the Armenian nation in the Homeland and here in the Diaspora.
Our enemies know and fear this unity of purpose, this focused action and continuous work and sacrifice, and of course our undying love for our nation. Our enemies continue to attempt to divide the Armenian people and our party because they realize, when we are united in cause and action, we are an unstoppable force for Hye Tad and an immovable object in defense of the Armenian Cause.
We must all take a step back and see what is before us, see the here and now with an eye to the future, with a clarity of vision and with great indivisible strength in our union, and together, take action… not only for today but for the future generations to come.
We will rise as a unified nation, focused and undeterred in our efforts to continue our just struggle for the total and complete liberation of Armenia, from Artsakh to Western Armenia, and Armenians everywhere.
