The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will hold an urgent debate on the humanitarian situation in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
Armenia’s delegate to PACE, MP Vladimir Vardanyan said the discussion will take place on October 12.
